Notice version 2026-07-23 · under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023

What we collect

Your name and email (to run your account), and — only when you file a suggestion — the location, description and any photos you choose to add.

Why we collect it

To receive your suggestion, route it to the officer responsible for that area, act on it, and keep you updated on its progress. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Who can see it

Your identity is never shown on any public page. Your suggestions and photos are visible only to you and the assigned city staff. Public listings are anonymised.

Your rights

You can see the data we hold about you and delete your account at any time. On deletion we remove your identity; a city may keep an anonymised record of the issue itself for continuity.
