ShillongOne is a public service of Shillong for reporting civic issues and suggesting improvements. Use it in good faith: file real issues, describe them accurately, and be respectful.

What not to do

Don't submit spam, abuse, false reports, or content that identifies or endangers others. Don't upload photos that show people's faces or vehicle plates unnecessarily. The city may remove content that breaches these terms.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you submit; you grant the city permission to use it to act on your suggestion. Handling of your personal data is described in our privacy notice.

No guarantee of outcome

Filing a suggestion does not guarantee a specific action or timeline. The city prioritises work based on need and resources.
